Summer pasta recipes? - how much marzetti cole slaw dressing do you use on cole slaw

What is your favorite recipe for summer pasta?

Mine is:
1 bag of rainbow rotini pasta al dente, cooked in chicken broth with a plate of lemon pepper.
Mix with 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 chopped green bell pepper, 1 small onion.
Cool. Then put in 1 cooked sausage (I use a link polish, cut) into pieces and pour 1 can Marzetti salad on a plate and mix. Serve and enjoy.

Mine is any kind of cooked pasta (I prefer me a little more cooked).
I would like tomatoes, cucumbers, cut onions, bell pepper, preferably fresh from the garden or orchard. I would also stop into slices or chunks, very large.
I throw them all together with my favorite dressing and enjoy.
Cheese and ham or sausage can be added if you want protein, but personally I just prefer vegetables.

Tortillini cheese .... (tri-color, if possible), cook as directed.
Add fresh broccoli, carrots, green pepper, red pepper, orange pepper, celery and onions (which can actually add or remove what you want).
Sliced 1 ham steak (cut in the deli section), and 1 package of Swiss cheese.
Mixing and a large bottle of Zesty Italian ....
Not only are very similar ... but it is easy and great crowd favorite!

My fave summer dish is a cold noodle salad. The pasta (tricolor rotini is good, fine wood working elbow) until al dente in salted water. Rinse with cold water. Add chopped red / yellow / green peppers, celery, corn, cherry tomatoes. Add Italian dressing to taste. Chill. When you add, so you do chicken, as a light meal, too.

I have a Pasta maker for Christmas and so far my favorite is work: the whole wheat pastas of the Mediterranean! Pasta is pasta, tomato sauce with herbs (I used bottled sauce and a little finely chopped onions and Kalamata olives) and covered with shredded feta cheese. Very tasty!
